Luckily, your wedding planner knows a caterer who does impressive + quality work yet charges a fair amount less than most in the area. There you go, it’ll balance out!
So you want to invite 200 guests to your plated-dinner + live entertainment + beachfront wedding but have a strict $25,000 budget? We’ll help you decide what’s most important and adjust your expectations to meet your budget, but we promise we’ll still create a stellar event that’s perfect for you.

When it comes to the design elements of your big day, we know what ideas will work beautifully versus what ideas are better off left on that aforementioned Pinterest board. We know how much time to allot for five bridesmaids to get hair + makeup, and we know exactly what time your cake should be delivered. We’ve been told we know how to throw a heck of a party, so we’d love to toss out a few ideas for that as well!
You know how you go to a car dealership for a used Toyota Camry and next thing you know you’re being shown an expensive Mercedes-Benz? Yeah, that’s sales. Unfortunately, this can happen in the wedding industry as well. Luckily, we know what you need + what you don’t need, and we’ll make sure you never have that post-shopping “What in the world just happened and where did my money go?” feeling.
YOUR STAGE MANAGER
You’ve been planning this day for months, and it’s finally here! Your family + friends are all starting to arrive, you’re seeing yourself in your dress and you’re more than ready to dive into all the delicious food (i.e. cake). We’ll be styling everything to match the visions you’ve expressed of the perfect wedding. We’ll be problem-solving and macgyvering and directing traffic. We’ll be the stage managers of your oh-so-important production. And all we ask of you is that you take a deep breath and HAVE FUN!
Oh, and we’ll clean up at the end of the night so you can get to your honeymoon suite and relax… because we know your feet + face will be sore from all the dancing + smiling.
