Maitlynn has always had a passion for weddings and creative design. She started her career with LLW as a floral assistant, occasionally dabbling in day-of coordination with our planning team. It was not long before LLW recognized her natural talent for customer service, leadership and of course, floral design that she was promoted to lead the floral department. She enjoys every aspect of the job – the clients, the creativity, even getting her hands dirty on arranging days. Today, Maitlynn works closely with each couple (and often their planner) to come up with floral concepts that fit each client’s unique personality and vision.
