Love Letter Weddings Floral started as a way to bridge the gap between elevated design and exceptional service. We saw how hard it was for couples planning from afar to find florals that felt fresh, personal, and collaborative, and we knew we could offer something better. By combining deep planning expertise with a true love for floral design, we built a service that could translate your story into something unforgettable. Today, we work with couples from around the world to craft one-of-a-kind floral designs that bring meaning, cohesion, and delight to their celebration in Hawai’i.

Our Style: English Garden Meets Tropical

Our signature aesthetic blends English garden romance with modern tropical details, but always in a way that feels unique to you. Whether you’re planning with us or booking us just for florals, our collaborative process is built to be seamless, strategic, and genuinely exciting.
Inquiry + Floral Questionnaire
Once we confirm availability, we’ll send over a thoughtful questionnaire to help you start dreaming up all the ways flowers could enhance your day.

Consultation Zoom Call
We’ll talk through your vision, walk you through our process and pricing, and share examples of what similar weddings have looked like.
Design Process ($100 design fee)
Initiated with a small design fee, we create a personalized style deck that includes inspiration images, digital mock-ups, and visual details for wedding party florals, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces.
LLW Planning clients: We waive the floral design fee as a perk of working with us for both services.
Proposal & Pricing Zoom
Once the visuals feel aligned, we prepare a detailed proposal. This part is collaborative. If we’re over your ideal range, we’ll come prepared with thoughtful adjustments.
Contract & Deposit
When you're ready, we lock in the date with a 50% deposit and signed contract.
6 to 8 Week Touch Base
We'll check in to gather final guest counts, updates on layout, or any last-minute changes.
Final Zoom & Execution
About a month before, we review everything together. From there, we finalize the design, prep your florals, and show up ready to bring it all to life, complete with delivery, on-site installation, and optional breakdown services (especially helpful when you book us for rentals and larger installs).
